Msi Wind12 u230 athlon neo L335 2x2gb ram ati HD3200 arch linux kernel 2.6.37 kde 4.6 Seagate Momentus 320gb 5400 rpm tests on battery (cpu switched to 800mhz) from grub to kdm = 27 secs. from kdm to desktop = 27 secs. Shutdown = 16 secs.
