Gentoo booting OCZ Vertes 2 Solid State Drive - SSD Upgrade Part 2
Yes, unboxing videos are shit so I didn't do one. People are unbxing HDMI to DVI adapters FFS, I don't cater for the simple minded who find that interesting. Gparted ate my /root partition whilst resizing so I had to reintall Gentoo. I am using a 32MB /boot partition and the rest is my /root partition. Cold boot from a powered down machine is about 15 seconds, full desktop in 10-11 seconds from grub, well worth the money!
