Turn Off Notification Bubbles Gnome 3 Fallback Arch Linux
Open the file /usr/share/gnome-session/sessions/gnome-fallback.session Then near the bottom change RequiredProviders=windowmanager;notifications; DefaultProvider-notifications=notification-daemon to RequiredProviders=windowmanager; #DefaultProvider-notifications=notification-daemon Reboot and the bubbles should be gone.
