ZL Daily #64 - Sprint's Motorola Photon 4G, Atrix 4G Price Drop, HP TouchPad Release...

Today Motorola and Sprint announced the Motorola Photon 4G. It will be a high end Android phone similar to the Atrix 4G. It will have a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and the latest version of Android. But the big thing with this phone is that it can roam worldwide on 4G networks and GSM and CDMA networks so it will work almost everywhere. Motorola also had an announcement relating to AT&T. AT&T went ahead and lowered the price of their Atrix 4G way down to just $100 on contract which is pretty amazing for a phone that's still very high end and is only 6 months old. Although there are some problems with the phone. HP also announced something. After a bunch of different rumors and leaks HP is finally confirming when the HP TouchPad will hit the market. And that will be on July 1st in the United States and shortly after in other countries. And this summer if you want to go with AT&T. The TouchPad starts at $500 for 16GB.
