in questa guida vi mostro kde 4 e gnome 2.22 rispettivamente installate su kubuntu e ubuntu 8.04. Non ho potuto inserire anche gli effetti di compiz fusion a causa di mancanza di accelerazione hardware nella macchina virtuale. SPero che possa essere utile per aiutarvi a decidere quale desktop usare con linux :)
