An example of the power and vast customization ability of Ubuntu (10.04). Programs Used: -Banshee Media Player (1.7.4) -Covergloobus (cover art widget) using a custom script to launch and close both banshee and covergloobus simultaneously -GnoMenu w/ Simple-Solid Theme (gnome-look.org) -CCSM w/ Expo running and edge bindings set to all 4 corners of desktop -Chromium w/ Dust Theme using system titles and borders -Theme: Darklook controls w/ Dust Burnt windows -Cairo Dock using one of the default themes -Gnome-Do -Recording with bleeding edge of ffmpeg from the cli (why terminal is open) Running on my Sony Vaio laptop -Core 2 duo -Intel 4500MHD -4GB RAM -1366x768 screen resolution I'm aware there is no sound, sorry about that. Couldn't figure out how to get ffmpeg to do it (actually just to lazy to look it up :) If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
